Richard Seltzer began publishing
Internet-on-a-Disk in 1994. A newsletter that highlighted
Internet trends and electronic texts, it was in a blog-like
format before blogs existed. Originally published on a CD, it
included the basis for four books, articles, and newsletter
issues that provided the practical information needed to build
an Internet-based business or a personal web. It served as a
guide to companies and individuals as they became players in a
new environment, the Internet. The contents are now found at
this website.
